How will we hear about our loved one?

Each family receives a written weekly update authored by the caregiver closest to their loved one and reviewed by a person before it is sent. We do not auto-generate updates or send templates, and we reach out on the good days too.

How do you protect privacy and handle photos?

We handle information consent-first. Photos and personal details are shared only with consent on record, and every change to a care record is written to an internal audit trail.
