We measure ourselves by what we notice early, not what we react to late. Subtle changes in appetite, mood, gait, and sleep are observed daily by the same small team and recorded in care notes that are read each morning.

Each family receives a written weekly update authored by the caregiver closest to their loved one. Every update is reviewed by a human before it is sent. We do not auto-generate. We do not send templates.
